Katie Breard is a certified fitness and nutrition coach and the founder of Methods by Katie Breard, where she helps women feel strong and confident through every stage of motherhood — from pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause.
Through her online coaching app, Katie works with women around the world, supporting clients across the U.S., Europe, and Asia with effective, sustainable fitness and nutrition strategies tailored to the realities of busy lives and changing bodies.
Locally in Charleston, Katie offers in-person personal training, semi-private sessions, and small group classes in Mount Pleasant.
Her work has been featured in Shape, Good Housekeeping, POPSUGAR, and HATCH Maternity, and she previously served as a TV host on the New England Sports Network.
